UPS shipping

has anyone had this problem with UPS
i had to ship two items via UPS
one was a RPR for a mp3 player from futureshop the other was ocz ram
so my mp3 player got shiped since i checked the futureshop site and said they recieved it but for the ram i got nothing
UPS never sent me an email saying its being delievered or anything and its been a week already

reading the receipt i got, i don't think i can do anything about it because i didn't buy the protection shipment, but im not sure if its only for items that have been shipped but in my case i never received an email by UPS for even it being picked up from the UPS store

i have no clue what to do in this situation
i'm thinking mayb wait for a bit and see if ocz received it, if not i guess i'll go buy another set.

you shipped something out ?
or did futureshop ship something to you?

well, avoid UPS/Fedex/DHL, and just stick with canadapost

tell futureshop to follow up on it

i think everything comes with a minimum amount of insurance?

Mugen EvOlutioN 09-14-2009 01:33 AM

insurance costs extra tho

like every $100 worth of goods costs like $1 dollar or something like tat

ocz does their own warranty so i had to ship it to them for 26 bucks
futureshop emailed me a shipping number with the prepaid stuff so i don't have to pay for shipping
so right now its pretty shitty that i didn't get any email from UPS about the ram i shipped out to ocz
