anyone know where in vancouver to buy flax seed meal? I don't wanna shop around, so if someone knows the place with the best price I'd rather go there instead of just picking a random store ya know

same with coconut milk, if any of you buy it here

any major grocery store dude, super store wal mart and any other major store will carry it
try to get the Asian family coconut milk because the other stuff has water in it and is cut with stuff

For coconut, see if you can find Chaokoh brand.

superstore and save on dont carry flax seed meal.

If I can get flax seed meal (and yes, it's just ground flax seeds) in grocery stores in Hong Kong of all places, you should be able to get it at any grocery store in Canada.
