if we bought it off ticketmaster don't they just automatically refund the money back?

I have done both ways before, its better to confirm

I have been down 300 bucks for a few months from Ticketmaster because they are either careless or doesnt care

got an email notification from ticketmaster and this is what it said:

"Dear Customer:

Kanye West scheduled for November 24th at General Motors Place in Vancouver, has unfortunately been cancelled.
All tickets purchased by internet and phone will receive an automatic credit to the purchasing card, no action is required.
Refunds will be seen on your next credit card statement. Refunds do not include TicketFast or Courier fees.

All tickets purchased in person must be returned to point of purchase starting on Friday October 9th.

i just got a call from an automated message...

exactly what was posted above in the email was said over the phone lol....
it came from a 604-280-4444 number!

does anyone know why the whole north america tour is canceled?
is it bcos of kanye?

If you paid by credit card, you have to wait until the next cycle to see it.

I paid by cc. I called visa and they said it hasn't come thru yet. Are you saying it has gone thru but just hasn't showed up on their systems and it won't till next bill cycle?

Yup, if by your next bill cycle, you don't see the money returned, then call in. They always credit your account back on the next cycle.
