Is there a way....

Is there a way to find out the offset of rims? I bought a set of rims 2 years ago that were used. They fit my car well so I bought them. Now I want to sell them but would like to be able to tell people what the offset is.

Thanks

Find all the markings on the rim - front, back and under the centre cap and post them here.

If it has it, it will be the ET number.

Some wheels don't have the ET(offset) stamped on them and you have to measure them with a straight-edge and measuring tape/ruler.

What vehicle were the rims on? Got a pic?

^I agree, most wheels have markings on them. If it's a name brand rim, post a picture and the details that you already know and someone might be able to give you more info.

look at the inside of the rim, like the back of the spokes, should show an ET number.

if that doesnt help, find out the brand and model of the rim, unless its custom, they will most likely come in set offsets.
