Amazingly enough, the xpPhone will be powered by Windows XP, although we're not sure just how well it will perform on such a tiny form factor. The screen will be the main drawback, and if you plan to do a whole lot of reading on this device, be prepared to get more powerful glasses or scroll through tons and tons of pages.
