Documentaries about gangs in the States, and the best one a documentary (Louis Theroux?) on gangs in South Africa. The shows loop around on repeat.

E.g. S.A gangs in Jburg hijack apartment buildings from the real owners, tenants then pay "rent" to the gangs.
