thought crab cake all taste the same if not similar

immitation crab meat with some deep fried flour dipped in and throw in the fryer

even if they use real crab meat, you still cant taste the texture

because crab meat is very soft and separate itself very easily unlike lobster meat

Last time I went to Rodney's and ordered a crab cake and it was dry as shit !!

Worst crab cake ever...

To the OP if you want to go buy a crab and pick the meat out you can make killer crab cakes at home !
