not worth 500k. all the website said was v10 pumping 600+ hp. I wonder who makes the engine.

Well, it's rumoured to be running the Viper V10. My guess is that the only thing Viper about it is the original engine (which I'm going to assume has been tuned as well).

^ It's not rumoured. It is running a Viper V10. The Underpinnings are basically the same as the Viper as well.
