hey guys i need your help im getting my suspension installed this weekend im getting koni yellow with eibach springs and i know that the struts are adjustable now my question is what setting should the struts be in like i know for the rear when its installed you cant adjust it again without having to remove it and the front is fine.I will be using the car for everyday driving so i dunno where the setting should be at pls help

i donno if the new koni's are any different,

but the old ones...

Fronts: have 2 perch settings, the upper perch setting (where the spring rests on the lower mount of the strut) is about stock, but some have noticed its slightly lower than stock, you wont notice the difference.

REARS: have 3 perch settings, the middle perch setting is stock height.

that is the "height adjustability" part of the strut. the dampening adjustability is located at the top of the strut. the koni's should come with an adjusting knob. if i remember correctly, its counter clockwise, (turn to the left to stiffen, to the right to loosen the dampening)

for the first 3 weeks or so, leave them at the softest setting. then adjust to ur hearts content after the 3 weeks, after you have broken in the strut.

i heard on the newer koni's they come with 3 perch settings for the front, and 5 for the rears.

each perch setting is roughly 3/4inch height difference.

You will have to pretty much do it twice, as the suspension will settle.. I would:

1.start with the middle settings
2. give it a week or so for the suspension to settle
3. Decide on adjustments
4. Change then Align.
