T-dawg Detailed: 2001 Ferrari 360 Modena Got woken up last Sunday morning by the owner of one of the local luxury dealerships because he wanted one of his cars polished up and ready for viewing from a prospective buyer. It was a black 360 Modena, so I thought "What the heck, I'll work on a Ferrari on a Sunday " Not many before/during pics, but lots of afters. Enjoy! nice!!!! |
Nice job! Some of those scratches looked pretty deep. Did you have to do any paint touch up afterwards or did the polish clean them all up? |
hey, may i ask how much are you charging for a full detail? |
OW! Thats some crazy work man Thats not the shop in Maple Ridge is it? |
Very good job! Did you have to wetsand the scratch on the hood? Kev |
Is this at a dealership? I see a nice 993 in the back :) |
Nvasion: Thanks man! syee: Thanks! All of the swirls and deep scratches were taken care of by polishing alone. I only had to use paint touch up on the rock chips. Jeffield: Hey Jeffield, I don't give price quotes on this board because I am not an advertiser on Revscene. Feel free to send me a private message and I can give you more information for your C63! Coach Hines: Thanks man, no this is not at a detailing shop. This job was done at a dealership in Vancouver that deals with high end luxury + exotics. Roach: Thanks Kev, none of the scratches had to be wetsanded. I expected having to wetsand the 3 scratches on the trunk lid, but since I was able to achieve about 98% correction without doing so, it was fine by me in order to preserve the integrity of the clear coat. ilvtofu: Yes that is at a dealership, they normally have at least a few great looking cars in stock at all times. The 993 was detailed a few weeks prior, but I did not have time to take detailed pictures for a write-up then due to time constraints. |
^OH MAN!!! I would've loved to see pics of a shiny black 993 *drools* Looks like it has a euro bumper too Oh well ferraris are nice too ;) What was the mileage on that thing, damn didn't expect a ferrari to be that bad |
nice work |
