Apparently the ICBC or Police are experimenting or something, they made the lights in that intersection all flashing reds, and some guy set up a camera on one of the sidewalks..... This was around 320pm.

What do you guys think? :haha:

I dunno all i know is that i witnessed over 20 potential accidents waiting when i wanna left turn. No one fucking treats it like a 4 way stop sign, they just go when they wanna.

Thats what happens when your in richmond... Thats why if you inch in people will let you in becuase they wont want to scratch their car, But if you just wait until they stop that will never happen...

so what happens if a number of accidents did happen because of their little experiment?...icbc just fucks everyone over without thinking, imo they should have at least tried this out when its not rush hour

i think it's because of a major accident that happened a few night ago and i think a pedestrian died.

ya what happened a few nights back?...the whole intersection was blocked off and we had to reroute through residentials..
