Saw a pic of a bus done up in a Koodo wrap ad, WITH the Koodo lighted ad as well... whole thing was a bright lime green. I think the bus itself was brighter than the LEDs!

Someone move this over to the RCMP forum. I'd be curious to see their take on this. I saw this for the first time a few days ago at night when it was raining - it was a HUGE distraction!
