:lol

I know exactly what happened. It actually happened around 4:40ish.

So there was a car that was speeding up on the right lane. Coming up pretty damn quickly too. While the car in the right lane doesn't see the car coming and switch lanes abruptly and so basically, what ended up happening was the car semi t-boned the changing lane car and car went flipping.

How do I know you ask? My friend was the car behind the car the flipped and she was late to our meeting.

fuck...I take this route quite often and there are a LOT of people driving WAY too fast down that hill. Typically EIs driving riced out hondas or SUVs.

So who's fault is it gonna be? 50-50? Guy didn't check before changing lanes, and you could argue the flipped-SUV driver was driving too fast...

thumper 10-02-2009 08:32 AM

i can't find any news online... is everyone okay? no one killed? :(

fsy82 10-02-2009 09:06 AM

I think it's the changing lane's fault, even if they can argue the other car was speeding
