Responsible Driver Program - 12hrs suspension

I got a 12hrs roadside suspension but I didnt get a 90 days ADP afterwards. He wrote me a "Driving contrary to restriction" on the ticket, and a separate notice for the 12hrs. Several months later I got prohibited from driving for 12 months because of bad driving record unrelated to the 12hrs suspension. My question is after my time is up and I go get my license reinstated, will I be enrolled in the RDP ? I've been prohibited for 3 months more than 2 years ago, then after that time i got 2 tickets non related to alcohol except this last one.

Also, which will apply to me the DPP or DRP ?

How about a call/visit to the MVB and ask them the questions ? I would save lots of time and you will get the correct answers.

As far as you not getting the ADP...that only comes if you fail the Datamaster by reading over the legal limit. A VT for driving contrary to restrictions (no alcohol DL) would be appropriate, as would the 12 hour suspension for your restricted DL.

Here's a fact sheet on the Responsible Driver Program:

Unless you have multiple impaired driving incidents, you will not be part of this program for the 12 hour you mention.
