I have this on DVD, its something that I think everyone should see. Especially Chinese people.

FYI: Owners of Chinese restaurants love dumb-asses that order shark-fin-soup. Its because they know that shark fin has no taste whatsoever, the taste you get from shark-fin-soup is actually from other animal parts, spices and MSG. Essentially, you are paying a top-dollar for chicken broth hahaha! :haha: (while simultaneously wiping out the entire species from our planet :( )

thats for you eating the cheap shit that uses MSG....

everyone knows shark fin has no taste.

shark fin soup is not even expensive, the price depends on the quality of the shark fin not the soup

What the documentary first you turd!

*Edit* Furthermore, most people (probably turds such as yourself) that eat shark fin soup and abalone (and the like) DO eat them for their flavor or WHATEVER PERCEIVED taste, otherwise no one would buy it. The point is that dumbasses are paying top-dollar to eat leftovers that has no inherent taste and of little nutritional value. They (you) are mostly eating it due to great marketing by the businesses that benefit from the sale of these foods. My family has been in the seafood industry both in HK and Vancouver for some time (although no longer) and have benefited greatly from dumbasses like you. They also rarely, if ever eat these said products. :D

I downloaded the 1.2gig movie from mininova. great movie. I'll probably watch it again sometime with my asian friends who eat sharkfin soup, see what happens. lol.

Watching the guy 'cuddle' and 'pet' the sharks is amazing. I used to be horrified of sharks but after this, not so much. I fully believe what they say about the biting - it's just exploratory - it's just that their jaws are sooo powerful it's easy for them to kill you by accident.

It's really frustrating to see us (humankind) completely decimating entire species of animals, for no good reason!

^ like the previous thread about this. I never knew we even had basking sharks here, then we just slaughtered them all and rammed them over with ships!

I've always had a fascination for sharks (and many other animals)
I have been lucky enough to swim with sharks when I was in Hawaii earlier this year.
Galapagos Sharks & even got to encounter a rare Tiger Shark ... damn they are huge and scared the shit out of me!

Gh0stRider 10-07-2009 11:34 AM
