Instant noodles - Glycemic Index?
 

Just wondering if anyone knows the GI of instant noodles?

It's listed as 47 (low) here

so I have no idea?

reason I ask is because I'm doing timed carb dieting and tomorrow is my refeed day. So i was hoping to eat instant noodles (no seasoning) because i've been craving that. But I will only eat it if I can be assured that it's under 55 on the Glycemic Index.

so let me get this straight, you're gonna worry over one TINY pack of instant noodles with no seasoning. are u eating NO CARBS at all through the day? if you arent, why don't you just cut out some of the other carbs you're eating and just eat what u want like once a day.

no I'm eating 250g today

I was just trying to make sure they are under 55 on the GI.
