Five-Oh | 10-11-2009 09:34 AM | Hold up, did you dispute it and were given a court date? Or were you given a court date when the incident happened?
If you disputed it and were given a court date I can't see them issuing a warrant. If you were given a court date when the offence occurred then you may have one. Either way, I would say your best bet is to straighten it out right away just in case there is a warrant. I have had a few times where I have dealt with people who have warrants for their arrest for unpaid parking tickets out of Vancouver. I always feel pretty ridiculous telling somebody they are under arrest for unpaid parking tickets. |
