The owner of the green house drinks coffee. The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds. The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill. The man living in the center house drinks milk. The Norwegian lives in the first house. The man who smokes Blends lives next to the one who keeps cats. The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill. The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer. The German smokes Prince. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house. The Blends smoker lives next to the one who drinks water.

A man left a $100 bill on his desk. When he returned a while later, the money was gone. Only the cook and the gardener could've seen it. When he ask the cook, she said she hid it under the green book 'cause she doesn't want anyone to steal it. The gardener said that he found the money where the cook had hid it and decide to hide it inside the book where it's safer and he said he even wrote down the page number: between page 45 and 46. But when they look, the money isn't there. After the man talked to his cook and gardener, he is sure who's the thief and called the police. Who was it and how did he know?
