How do bodyshops remove door dents/dings?

I know about paintless dent repair but if paintless dent can't remove the dent, how do the bodyshops remove them? Do they push out the dent, buff and repaint or do they use that automotive puddy (or whatever it's called), buff and repaint?

Buffing and sanding are two very different things.

Remember that dents that can't be fixed using a paintless dent removal are because the metal is too stretched to do so and/or the paint is fucked.

I would ASSume it goes scuff, pull, hammer/dolly, fill, paint.

either use a dent puller or slide hammer then fill it, sand it, prime, paint.

Damn I have what looks like hail damage on my front fenders, sounds like it'd be $$ to fix, oh well you can't really see it ;)
