I need someone to invent a such tool with excel capabilities. where 2-3 people can work on the same excel spreadsheet, and make simultanious modifications. it must also track all the changes each 'user' makes. This would be a powerful tool for business. Like share point roids.

google wave = share point on creatine..

It's already been created. It's called Google Docs.

The only problem with Google Docs for me was uploading word docs and losing all of the formatting. Other wise very handy for corroboration on any business or school projects.

so what if you typed something inappropriate which you saw after you typed it and erased it? then the person you sent it to can rewind it and find out lol.

Hah well I think you'd only be able to rewind it if you entered the actual wavelet. If you didn't press "done" they would only be able to see it if they were looking at the wave at the same time. And currently the online status's don't work so you don't ever really know if they're there or not =p. So i'd think before typing...

And no one who got invited by the initial batch has invites...yet, as far as I can tell.

lol i was expecting a gmail, but doesn't matter. You won't get one for a couple days. It goes on a nominated list and Google will send it when they want to/can
