Added accessory, now car idles low

I added a set of 55w foglights to my car recently. I've noticed that when I have them on alongside my headlights, the car idles dangerously low hovering just over 500 rpm. When I turn off the foglights, the engine idles higher near 600 rpm.

What can I do to prevent this from happening? The car is a 2007 model, the battery is stock. Is this an alternator issue?

Is everything connected well? As in all connections are solid and wires are in good shape.

Battery is in good condition...... load test done on charging system?

Sounds like taking the car in to get the charging system looked over is in order. Normally free just about anywhere. Soundsgood are good guys. Installerz or Orgasmic Donator will probably check it out for you.

If its an 07 it should be able to handle an additional 55w pair of bulbs. Check your wiring and check your grounds and switch for your fog lights.

Seems like bad ground somewhere

the right foglight is grounded to the chassis and the left foglight is grounded to the engine block.

The grounds seem good and they're in tight
