ms pro duo very expensive? well, it's more than SD, but 8GB at $49 is not too bad at all. 4GB is around $25 or so.

if your psp is not mod, then no point to go any bigger. ;)

2x 16GB Micro SD :D

Razor Ramon HG 10-19-2009 06:05 PM

I can sell you my 8GB Sandisk M2 with adapter for MSPD for $30.

1GB is not enough for anything!

underscore 10-19-2009 07:19 PM

just running the 1GB from wayyyy back when I bought the Gigapack, I don't use it enough to warrant anything else.

underscore 10-19-2009 07:30 PM

that is brilliant.

ZenZa 10-19-2009 07:57 PM

ya, I've seen the adapter for about 70 Hong Kong dollars = 9.29591366 Canadian dollars

cheaper than getting a ms pro duo and reduce the need for different memory storage

wasabisashimi 10-19-2009 09:15 PM

wow, where can I get that?, Also will the 8GB Sandisk M2 w/ Adapter in the picture run slower than the current Pro duo Mark2?

it's probably slower, but i doubt it'll be a big difference on the psp?

NCIX has it...

I noticed the transfer rate on those microSD card adapters to be quite slow, I use a 8gb mspro duo "high speed"

yes, compare to pro duo high speed or mark 2. but compare to M2 8gb (in my case) with adapter, it's a bit faster.

Grandmaster TSE 10-20-2009 02:24 PM

That's how much I paid for my 128MB Duo for my DSC-T1 when it first came out. :p

wasabisashimi 10-22-2009 10:27 AM

just got a sony mark2 8gb yesterday, the speed is very slow...... I was disappointed, but it was the cheapest i can find in the store (best buy).

Now onto the batteries, Where can i buy them without paying too much and without getting fakes.

I saw ebay selling 1800mah, 2200mah, and all the way up to a 3600mah ( sounded too good to be true)...
Went to Sony store, found a 2200mah (they called it "extended life battery pack", it comes with a black and silver fatty bulging new battery door for psp slims).... The problem with that is my psp is white. and sony wants like 70dollars?

!MiKrofT 10-22-2009 10:18 PM

Hmm i could use an 8gb.. but I hardly use my PSP.. 4GB in it right now.

wasabisashimi 10-23-2009 09:45 AM

8gb is pretty small actually. I just transferred 6 ISO's and they are pretty much full.

ISO these days are at least 1 GB for newer games.. I dunno why

underscore 10-23-2009 10:11 AM

games are elaborate? I'm not sure what the max size of a UMD is tho, 1.5? 2?

You can compress ISOs into CSOs to save space on your mem stick

UMD can hold up to 1.8 gig

CP.AR 10-25-2009 11:09 PM

4gb... I really didn't see the need to go bigger as I tend to play one game and stick with it for a while
