CRTC rules on throttling http://www.financialpost.com/news-se...tml?id=2128207 So ISPs are officially allowed to throttle traffic to customers if they've given at least 30 days notice of the change. This as the US is passing legislation to do just the opposite. Pretty big step backwards for net neutrality in Canada. |
