It looks like my China pic thread has became a flaming fail war. I never wanted that to happen :(
I wish I can disable failing people in my topic (ability to disable failing other people's comment but not the TC's original post)

Mugen's fail access has been revoked temporarily.

By the way, you can still view how many fails one has given out, and even search for all the posts they failed from a user's stats page in their profile. You can even search for all the posts that they've received fails for.

Something's not right. If you can only fail 5 times a day. Then the maximum fails someone shoul have is 35 +/-5. Mugen has 269...which means he failed on average 45 posts per day. LOL

I set it to unlimited for a while, to see if the people could handle the responsibility. They could not.
