Any Property Managers?
 

Interested in taking the Property Management course through UBC.

Anyone able to give me some info? Hows the salary like? Do you LIVE in the building and have to take care of the properties like doing maintenence work? Or you simply work in a comfy office and hire contractors, etc etc?

2 types if i'm correct

1. property manager who lives inhouse (the condo) and basically takes care of all of the site maintenance and residents questions/requests

2. property management is when you work inside an office and take care of buildings under your company. this also includes helping owners rent our their suite and the financial stuff--such as collecting rent, sending out notices about termination etc etc. (there's a lot more but i'm just giving you a gen idea)
