both with fido, "renewed" my contract to 3 years automatically when I called twice to tell them I am switching over to Rogers for the Iphone.

Long story short, I raped them with BBB, and my plan kills lol

i'm happy with the deal i got, it DID take me saying that i was going to switch to rogers for the supervisor to offer me a deal. at least the guy was chill and smart about it. i'd say he diffused my anger quite quickly hah.

yeah i'd like to hear your story too hah.

considering my plan before was so shitty, i quite happy with the results. if i had been able to speak with a supervisor in the first place, it wouldn't have gone this far.

oh, and the service rep who told me that it wouldn't be fair to tie up the line for a complaint is probably going to get into shit for his comments too. the supervisor also told me that IF the employee was found responsible for illegally signing me up, they would be fired immediately.
