have 2 weeks where to go with a beach?
 

looksing for somewhere to go for 1-2 weeks, somewhere warm in the winter months and realativly affordable, have done the mexico/all inclusive thing, have been to costa rica/nicarugua before, but if you know a spicy town in central america that is fun i would be down. I like somewhere with decent surf as well, looking for suggestions from other rs'ers thanks

haha done the hawaii vacation when i was like 15 with my parents, looking for somewhere less mainstream/tourist trap kinda thing, I can speak good spanish thats why i brought up central america, i just have no idea where to go beyond costa rica, got holidays in a month and have no idea where to spend them

Oh okay. Well it's fun to speak spanish if you can, so that makes sense.

There are places in hawaii that are less main stream that waikiki too, but i'm sure you know that...

I've never been to central america though... it all looks so nice there.

there is way more beautiful beaches out there... even the other tourist trap beaches.

Second this. Went last March to Rio by myself for 2 weeks. It was the most memorable time of my life. IMO, the most beautiful city in the world.
