Its this number for girls to give out when some loser asks for their number and they don't have the heart to tell him to fuck off, they give him this 'rejection' number, he walks away feeling great about himself and when he calls he gets a message politely rejecting him.

hmm.. the rejected number i had doesn't work anymore..
it keeps talking about registering a telus number thingg..

maybe the service is gone b.c not many ppl were using it.. ie. it was just a fad...
