No they arent. I know a couple got in but they arent legal. The new car they are building is gonna be road legal in the states but the old ones arent.

well if you are able to import, register and insure a car, i'm pretty sure that makes it legal...

And its not on this list which means you cant register it. The Zondas in the states are running dealer plates. Its a way of getting around actually registering the car.
