some part of the paint of my hood is felling off, the felling pieces are like the gloss layer of the paint, and it make some area with pale red color, very ugly,
but when it rains, it looks accpetable, got the wet look, when its dry it looks ugly as fuc,
how to keep that wet look without repainting the whole thing ?

Sounds like your clear is flaking off

If the clear has not flaked or been chipped take some wet sand paper(1500-2000 grid) and wet sand it and take a buffer to it...see if that helps....be sure not to go too deep into the clear..if you do you'll have to repaint for sure.
