M6 rims on g35 Hey guys, Wondering if anyone knows if M6 replica wheels would fit on a g35. I did some searching and i found one car that has it done. Is this easy to do? I heard they dont have the same offset or something? If its possible what do u think ? 19s or 20s? Or any other suggestion on some nice wheels i can put on after winter? Just want some ideas. So far i like the idea of M6 wheels on my black g35coupe - originally i was thinking black rims with deep dish/polished lip - but i think its somewhat overdone. Let me know thanks |
OEM M6 rims will not fit on a g35 cause its got different bolt patterns, i am not sure about your replica m6's bolt pattern tho. make sure you double check the offset too |
i think the bolt pattern is different...youre right. The replicas are the same too as far as i know- b/c they make them primarily for bmws. Is there some type of conversion kit or somethin? |
Replica M6 wheels will probably be in 5x120 bolt pattern since they were meant to be put on non M6 bmws G35 would be 5x114.3 You can buy adapters but seems a bit of a hassle no? U should also check if the centerbore would work |
^ Agreed. |
screw the g35 this is the best use of M6 rims i ever seen http://ll.speedhunters.com/u/f/eagam...E/IMG_3908.JPG http://ll.speedhunters.com/u/f/eagam...E/IMG_8798.JPG http://ll.speedhunters.com/u/f/eagam...o/IMG_8711.JPG |
it wont work i wanted to get brabus reps but they only came in 5x112 too =( |
have you thought about M45 rims? they look really nice as well and direct fit 19" http://photoshare.shaw.ca/image/7/b/...2430.jpg?rev=0 |
OP, you might want to go look for G37 OEM 19's or the 370Z's OEM 19's, both are sick.... If you like multi-spoke, G37 rims. Factory concaveness, 370Z rims. |
is the paint on that SC supposed to look hideous? |

M6 rims look pretty gangster on a G coupe, provided you got a proper drop, stock height is for wussies.... this is the only guy known to have done it .... and by the way yea you're gonna need WHEEL ADAPTERS that change your bolt pattern to the BMW pattern... it's just like a wheel spacer, fits on your car but the outside pattern takes BMW wheels, so dont let some of the other posts here confuse you, it's as simple as putting wheel spacers on nothing difficult about it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25dqMBdtGus http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vb4V9B1WoCw |
^Those look horrible, the car is way too low and it looks like a chunk is missing behind the wheels  |
If you are serious about it here is the product code for the H&R wheel adapters 20mm width: 40675662. |
^ a car can never be "too low" |
fuck tat is ugly |
