*Updated* - Finally went through the rest of the pics and picked out some of my favs. It was a trip mainly for my buddy's wedding and the rest of the stuff is just pure bonus
By the way, I was not the main photographer at the wedding, we just had a bunch of people with cameras and everyone covered different angles for the couple. There must've been at least 5 different sets of SLRs with different lenses, and from both Nikon and Canon. lol
Snorkeling was fun... too bad I couldn't take pics of myself while doing so.
I wish I had time to go into the shooting range...
My friend looked great on her wedding day
The setting was perfect - no one was on the beach and it was sunny and warm... awesome
Bride and groom messing around lol
Surfing pics. I can't swim so unfortunately I couldn't go out with them
Polynesian Cultural Center stuff
These I've posted before already, but just kept the ones that I liked.

Wow sick shots. Taking those handheld is even more amazing! What lens/settings did you use? I took some of these in Maui but had to up the ISO and everything. They didnt turn out this well wow.
I was originally going to sit another 10 rows up, but a tour group had canceled their booking so some lower seats were opened up for an extra $10 so... I took up the offer.
The performance was great but it did get a bit long towards the middle part, but the fire dance near the end made up for it.
It was great! I'd recommend anyone that goes there to at least check it out.
And yes... the camera really helped with some of the higher ISO shots - in retrospect I probably could've set the shutterspeed even higher to freeze motion even better and etc. Oh well.
I like how your pictures got progressively better haha..the first couple shots were so overly exposed.. then when you get the polynesian..its like WOW awesome stuff. haha

lol yeah. I should probably take out the first pic or two. I think the reason why they were messed up was cuz of the polarizer filter I had used... it's a thicker one that I bought a long long long time ago and it was the first time that I tried using it on a full frame camera - and the result was terrible. Bad vignetting, weird colors, etc.
Took it off after about 15~20 shots as it was actually affecting the image quality and metering accuracy on the camera.
time to shop for a thinner and higher quality CPL, I guess
I'll leave the pic in as a reminder for ppl that shitty filters = shitty results.
