I think that guy is a construction worker, saw him park near robson lawcourt around 230-3pm today

I guess it depends on where you live and where you go on a regular basis... if you live in Richmond, spotting GT-Rs is like a daily activity. For other people, maybe they haven't got the chance to see one in real life and they get overly excited and starts another GTR Spotted thread. :D
