yep, actionquake2 was the shit back in the day (he was makin that too) but as soon as he released CS beta, me and my buddies all jumped over, there wasnt too many ppl playing back then in 1999 (and the game was so much more fun LOL), and then within a year everyone was playing, then within 2 years LAN cafe's started to pop up like netaholics, then CS spread to those.

back in the day when the m4 was 100% accurate, and had a miniscope, that was the shit lol.
