Nu finish once a year polish?

Is this stuff any good, saw it at canadian tire $10 a bottle, thought I should try it out. Satisfaction guarantee!

price > product...

you get what you pay for man.

i personally wouldn't want to waste my money or elbow grease.....

RacePace 11-12-2009 10:04 AM

I use Nu Finish and honestly wouldn't switch

sonick 11-12-2009 12:18 PM

^ +1, NuFinish is decent stuff. There's better stuff out there, but it's a solid product from what I've read.

It worked alright for me, but I have had a lot better results with bottles around 15 or 20 bucks.
IMO if your going to take most of the day and detail your car may as well spend the money on good products.

Just bought a bottle yesterday, whats the technique to using it?

sonick 11-16-2009 08:28 AM

Rub it on your wiener.

tonyvu 11-16-2009 11:07 AM

either Nu finish or theres some stuff called "Ice" nothing beats these car waxes imo

ChogyGT 11-16-2009 11:10 AM

Nu finish is awsome, needs no buffing, just wipe on, sit a min, wipe off, its more for shitty paint to look better

comes down to whether or not you prefer polymers or carnauba wax

technique: return it and get something else.

Speed2K 11-17-2009 09:37 AM

Not familiar with this product but polishing is not the same as waxing.

Obviously you've never seen Swissvax.

ilvtofu 11-17-2009 05:30 PM

Ahh, it's a bitch to apply just with some MF towels... found out today, fuck it's like sunscreen... effects were okay for a $10 bottle, I"ll see how it performs when it starts raining again

Get NXT 2.0 if you are going with a general 1 step filler/wax/sealant.
