Which AMD Processor comes with Copper/Heatpipe Heatsink?

Anyone knows which or where I can find info on what heatsink each AMD cpu comes with? (i.e. you know AMD has 2 different type of heatsink, 1 is the basic aluminum block headsink, the other one is a higher-end copper + heatpipe heatsink)

I am kinda deciding between the X4 620, or 720 BE, the 550 series, or the phenom II 925...

basically looking for a cheap upgrade from my 7850 to play MW2, so don't need something too powerful. Going to keep using the 3850 video card I have now.

I think you should upgrade video card first - that's the bottleneck in your system, not the CPU.

The Phenom II heatsinks have copper heatpipes.

Any OEM heatsink sucks, especially AMD's HSFs, which are unnecessarily loud ... I always get a 3rd party heatsink ... You can pricematch the OCZ Vendetta down to about $8 after a $10 MIR ... It's a little awkward on AMD boards (the fan blows up instead of towards the back), but it's still a much better option for not a lot more money ...

Most people who had the AMD stock copper heatsink said they are better than most $30 aftermarket heatsink

And i don't agree with stock being noisy. I am have a Athlon X2 and 7850 cpu that uses the basic aluminum heatsink.
The cpu fan is virtually SILENT when you have cool&quiet on and when you are not gaming.

I have at least a couple dozen stock AMD heatsinks ... There's a reason ... And, yes, I've used them ...

Cool'N'Quiet sucks ... I love having fluctuating framerates in games because I couldn't spend $10-$20 on a good heatsink

Edit: It should also be noted that regular Athlon II and Phenom II CPUs do NOT come w/ the copper heatpipe HSFs ... I just checked the Athlon II X4 630 and Phenom II X4 925 that I'm using in builds tonight and they both have the regular aluminum HSFs ...

Whoops - I've only dealt with Black Edition Phenom II's, and those come with the heatpipe sinks.
