Any places that check your video card

Anyone know any good places that I can bring my video card to and that will tell me the problem?

Can run games like wc3 but not heavy fps games anymore out of the blue just doesnt work anymore.
Tried EVERYTHING, and when i mean everything i mean everything and im 99% sure my videocard has a problem because even my boot up screen is pixelated and will not start until it fixes itself. So im pretty sure something in my video card broken. Anyone know any good places i can bring it to and how much it would cost?

What kind of video card? Does it have a fan? Have you cleaned it? Do all the components on the video card look okay (no blown/bulging capacitors, etc...)?

It sounds like your video card is hosed, if it's spewing out crap at post.

ive tried everything and im pretty sure something is blown I THINK i heard a loud popping sound a few weeks back but it didnt stop me from playing fps games until like aweek after but how do i tell if something is blown and wat should i do about it? fixable or buy a brand new one

not over heating, VERY CLEAN, tried different/newest drivers, tried upgrading to win 7 makes me

If a capacitor is blown, it will be very noticeable. The top might be 'blown' open, or it could be bulging. If you have those, then there's no fixing the card. You gotta replace it. In fact, if anything is wrong with the card, the logical choice is to replace it with a new one. Warranty is the other route, if you still got it.

if a cap is blown/leaking/bulging just replace that cap, people do that on motherboards and routers and such all the time. which would explain the boot up screen as the cap is still slowly building up charge, once it putters up to an acceptable level your computer can start.

Would like to point out that XFX has a lifetime warranty. Why not go that route?
