Vtec

Alright Here is my second Question. I have a 91 integra 1.8L DOHC

I would like to change it to either vtec of Turbo. Which would you suggest and what would i need to make it a VTEC? Thanks in advance!

I don't think you understand what VTEC is if you're comparing it to a turbo. Anyways...

Look up LS/Vtec build on google or swap in a GSR motor.

get a VTEC sticker and it should be good to go!
