Also Intel GS45. ie GMA 4500

I've been using it since it came out, it's a lot smoother when playing HD content on Youtube.

Installed the new Intel drivers for my 4500MHD + the Adobe Flash 10.1. Haven't really noticed a difference, but the new Intel interface looks nice.

HD stuff should run more smoothly.

Hmm, 1080p lags, but probably to do with my SU7300 processor.

even my desktop (q6600 + HD4890) saw a huge performance improvement.

dropped from ~50% cpu while playing 720p youtube at 1680x1050 to less than 20% cpu and 10% gpu.

did you uninstall the previous flash version as instructed?

i doubt it as much to do with the CULV processor as even an atom + ion (9400) can run hd fullscreen with 10.1. the integrated 4500mhd might be the issue.

just bought an HP 311 with the ION LE gpu, and one of the biggest deciding points was that they fixed the HD playback issue with the flash 10.1 update... plus it was $50 off at futureshop until Nov.26!

That's actually below cost... apparently their cost is 397 but it's on promo for 379

What_the? 11-24-2009 10:05 PM

oh btw, the hd works well on youtube so far... forgot to mention that part

StylinRed 11-24-2009 10:36 PM
