Hey, anyone's sale didn't go through because they were sold out and dont plan on ordering something else that has the 30% off code. I have 8 items worth $727 i'm planning to buy and could really use this. Is it a coupon code they give you?

or maybe i should just wait for boxing day? i did some google'ing and read that last years boxing day sale started on the 22nd of december with 40% off your entire purchase. seems like there's a high chance they will do that again.

I placed an order on the 26th of November and my shipment never arrived. I've tried calling them multiple times but their phone line is "temporary unavailable," I've sent multiple emails with no replies. One time I lucked out and got a hold of someone but all they said was that they will file it with Canada Post and get back to me tomorrow, but never did (this was two weeks ago). This is frustrating since it's almost been a month and nothing sorted out.

I'm a frequent customer and this is the first time I've had this happen to me. I've had no problems every other time, but getting a hold of customer service is basically impossible. I understand it's close to the holidays and expect for them to be busy, but it's been almost a month without a sign from them back? I can't help but to think they're avoiding this issue. Anyone have any ideas what I can do? I would appreciate it as I would like to continue my business with ssense.

^ did you get a tracking number?

If you didn't,they probly ran out of stock and didnt even ship it out. Check your credit card if they charged you.

This happened to me and I got an email saying they messed up and would give me 30% off on my next purchase.

I did get a tracking number. the most recent event was "2009/11/30 17:24 MONTREAL Item picked up by Canada Post" I'm pretty sure my package was lost or something. They have already charged me on my credit card also.

Most Likely it was lost. It takes time to investigate what really happen that's why it takes a long time to see an action on their part.

Their phone customer support is working (1-514-384-1906) Just be patient mate it usually take 10-15 min of wait if your not lucky to get someone to help ya.

Extensions would be so helpful. Last time I tried calling their customer service and no one picks up. Tells me to leave a msg but the msg box is all full.

Hope everything would be resolve on Monday. If the item was lost you need to be patient it will take a long time for the investigation to be finish. Ask them if they could refund your money right away. Be good don't be grumpy and explain your side. The more you sound pissed the more they wont help ya.

Canadapost is pretty good when it comes to dealing with lost items but the problem is it takes a very long time, sometimes up to 3 months, for them to reimburse the sender if the item is actually lost. I think ssense should refund your money and they can wait for Canadapost to investigate and reimburse them. Good luck anyways.

Ye they should have a boxing day promotion. But IDK bro it depends on their marketing team T_T who knows right?

You gonna get something? If it's on sale get it now since each sale item is like a clearance, sizes are limited.... and remember they shipped international so thier is a big chance of getting that size to be sold out. Right now they have 30% percent off and 40% off on Boxing day is not a big deal.
