Anyone took BCIT CST: Technical Programming?
 

I start in Jan. but i wanted to get some pre-reading/knowledge on the things i will learn.
Anyone know recommend books i can buy that will help me alot with the courses?

the course booklists are not out yet so i dont know......

look up java programming - learn to write a hello world, then some methods with parameters
look up SQL database management - learn to create and join a few tables and print with a select statement.

im in 2nd year, when i should be in 3rd. failing is easy if you dont keep up.

dont expect to have much of a social life.
