Position: Administrator
Compensation: $34,000 - $36,000 per year

Company Description:
Ability Tax Group LLP specializes in Tax, Trust and Estate Services for people with disabilities and their families. We work closely with the disability community to facilitate tax credit related information.

Job Description:
This position requires the individual to interact with people with a disability and/or the family members of a person with a disability over the phone, in person or through email. The purpose of this position is to communicate information on available federal and provincial disability related tax benefits and credits. It is required of the administrator to discuss their disability and how it affects them, educate clients on the available tax credits that he/she may be eligible for assess the client’s eligibility, and guide our clients through filing applications.

Job Requirements:
The ideal individual for this position MUST be comfortable and patient interacting with people with disability.

The position requires the individual to:

1) Have a minimum of 1 year office experience;
2) Have a minimum of 1 year data-entry skills;
3) Be able to type a minimum of 60 WPM and basic computer skills; and
4) Have a minimum of 1 year client services experience.

Good to have/be:

1) Fluent in writing, speaking and reading English and Chinese (mandarin/cantonese) OR English and French;
2) Have past volunteer experience.
