I have win7 ultimate OEM
Could I use that cdkey on RC kor version and then do RC->RTM upgrade?

if u have win7 ultimate, why not just switch the languages to korean?

does lang pack let you read and type in other programs like games?
because xp/vista did nothing but read websites in other lag

you could always type in other languages, even with an english version of Xp/vista, go to your regional/language settings and just add additional keyboards. It works for me even during games, so like I'd be playing tf2 and I could press alt+shift and start typing in chinese.

if anyone wants to change the language in win7 other than ultimate
just use vistalizator
