Where is a good place to start learning web design?
Not too sure where to post this but, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience or knows where to look for information regarding web design and starting up.

Google for basics. Design is one part your own style, the other part technicals. The latter can be found for free all online, but some colleges and universities offer night courses also if you're looking for something higher-level.
