Home delight furniture sells this chair. It's right beside IKEA. I sat in it before and damn it isolates sound pretty well!

Nood etc sells rip off / "inspirational" furniture designs made in China.
The original design called Ovalia Chair by Henrik Thor Larsen. It goes for about $6-8k for one. http://www.ovalia.com/eng_ovalia.htm
It is the same chair they used in Man In Black.

i thought would be around 250~300 | Check CL, there's a few importers that sel the knock-offs directly from the warehouse, before companies like Home Delights mark them up 100%.
It won't be $300, yet may be ~$500.
