Looks pretty sweet, haven't really seen that sort of approach to the door area.

I'm not a welder or a cage designer so I have no experience, it definitely looks cool though!

I haven't look at the rule book for pro3, but are the nascar bars on the passenger side mandatory for them? I'm not sure why would he want the extra weight there if no one will be sitting there. (when a single bar would be legal)

the seams are really nice tho. i wish i could weld that nice.

I just built what the customer wanted I guess he has crashed before and wanted the extra security . Its kinda overkill I agree but he is a family man and I guess it makes him more comfortable with the extra protection .Oh as per the weight from what he informed me he would have to add weight to make minimum as it was so it wasnt a concern
