Agreed Kaleidoscope isnt that good, however just seeting Tiesto in Bangkok some of the tracks aren't that bad when live. Maybe his shows over here are different than in North America but he didn't play that much from the Kaleidoscope CD anyways.

Went to Saxony house yesterday evening. We arrived early and had to endure the traditional German music for a bit. From what I saw yesterday there is no need to show up early. There was no line up. Throughout the night, it was not that packed. I'm not sure who showed up, Kyau or Albert, but it was the guy with the blonde hair. The music last night was very good! Its worth the visit and its free!

Meh anyone else think AVB wasn't that great last night?...

oh god.. same here, we came at like 7 or so... when Albert came on (Kyau's wife had a baby and therefore was back home) there were like only 7 people near the dj booth, lol were you one of those guys?

We showed up @ Saxony @ 8PM :/ At least we got parking right in front! Had to have some beer & food to pass the time. It was good that they had TV's all over in that place to watch the Olympics. The view at the back of the house was very nice i liked it. I thought we had misread the info about Kyau/Albert, because the group of people who were there before the set didn't' look like the type who were into trance music.

Yea, we were the asian couple that was right up in the corner of the DJ booth. We stayed til near the end. The show started @ 1130PM-2AM, so I think it will be the same for tonight. I liked the setup of the place, it was very intimate and you can get up close to the DJ. I got my picture taken with Albert :D

I was thinking in my head how would the older people react to the trance music. I thought they would ease it in, but boom it went from traditional German music to hard trance ^-^ ; Anyone see the crazy dude sweating like mad jumping side to side haha? Or the dude wearing the hockey helmut lol, good times!

The AVB show was ok. I was there Saturday, showed up @ 1030PM, there was probably only a 5 minute wait to get in. The place got crazy packed. I heard that the VIP section up in the middle was 5G to rent, the other off to the side spot (which sucked!) was about 1G. I enjoyed the start of the show, but thought the music was on and off. I've been to numerous AVB show and probably enjoyed this the least. At least the lighting was better then the previous shows, but I had way more fun @ Gareth Emery & Above Beyond @ Celebs! After AVB, we tried to hit up Gorg, but the place had a crazy retarded lineup -_-;

I left at 12:30 cuz my buddy had to pick up his gf and he was my ride.
From what I heard, he was supposed to play till 2am but I didn't stay till the end.

i was there last night till it pretty much ended (2:45) AVB didn't go on till around 12 - 1230 and played till 3 i think. It was a pretty good show, had lots of fun a pretty mellow crowd.

lol saxon house is such a dump, some of those people were way too fuckin drunk ahahaha!

i was there on tuesday night... watched the hockey game then endured german music until 11PM when KvA came on. the energy for the first hour was AMAZING! then it just died off but thats probably because people were sobering up from the booze or the shitty vancouver drugs started to take over lol

he put down a great set though even though it was full of older tunes.
