2006 Accord electrical issue, please help.
 

I have a 2006 Accord sedan 2.4L, and recently, after changing the battery, the car will completely cut out when it has been parked. For example I went to get into it and the keyless entry wouldn't work I put the key in and opened the door and none of the lights went on. When I put the key in the ignition and turned it to accessory nothing happened and nothing happened when I cranked it. After a few minutes, it was fine. Does anyone know what happened?
