HELP!! ipod nano 4gen

I have a 4 gen ipod and the wheel and button doesnt work but i can restart the ipod by holding down menu and center. if i try to scroll up/down or try to play a song the button doesnt response. Have you guys had this problem before or know any place where i can repair this?
