You can't compare an F1. They have way more downforce which means increases their maximum deceleration, even with identical tires.

Not to mention F1 brakes have to be up to temperature (hot) to work properly.

I'm just glad I made it through that phase without any accidents. When I first got my lude at 16 I definitely drove like a douche.

Speeding has never ever killed anyone. It's the suddenly stopping that does!

Neat little vid though. Anyone catch how fast they were going before they hit the cones?

I was reading the comments and it said 120mph to 0

Interesting videos. Some of them are blown out of proportion though.
When it seems a bit too hollywood, it also loses some of the effect with me.

I forgot what that pinky gesture means?

I'm chinese so these things don't get passed down. My grandpa was so confused when I shrugged instead of saying "I dont know".

anl27 12-14-2009 06:13 PM

I didn't know either so I looked it up and found:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/in...6192517AAAcOSD

In Australia the RTA launched a "little pinkie"-campaign which showed women crooking their little fingers at young men in fast cars: the 'little pinkie' hand gesture infers the men have small penises which they try to make up for by driving fast/in a showy way.

Crikey, guess it's an Aussie thing

You're absolutely correct. Its genetic and thats why girls wave their pinkies at you.

dont think 1 of those videos was due to speeding, everything i saw was the lack of paying attention. its not speed that kills its the people that arnt focused that make simple mistakes

jerche 12-15-2009 03:01 PM
